Quezon City, Metro Manila, is the SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MANUFACTURER AND
DISTRIBUTOR of the patented invention product described as follows:

composite kit consisting of choice assortment of planting hand tools and
implements as well as a wide array of different kinds of various vegetable
seed packets ready for planting. Protected under RA 8293 (the Intellectual
Property Code of the Philippines) by virtue of IPO Patent Certificate No.
2/2020/000080, (PLANTING TOOLKIT)

BE IT KNOWN that as provided for by law under Republic Act 8293,

aforementioned company has the sole and exclusive right to produce, manufacture,
distribute and sell the product named and described in the foregoing, as well as to
preclude, bar and prohibit any other entity from doing the same, as well as enter into a
direct purchase transaction without public bidding with any government agency, office or
corporation with jurisdiction within the said exclusive sales territorial area under the
provision of Republic Act 9184 on Alternative Methods of (Single Source) Procurement.
