Experment No-3

Problem: - To prepare the chart & diagram for a selected

problem according to the existing method & improve machine
type flow process chart.

Theory:- It is a detailed version of outline process chart & it

records all the events .
1. Set out sequence of flow.
2. Record all the events in sequences using symbols.
3. Mark the distance traveled & time taken for completing the
process.
4. Measure another important factors.
A machine type flow process chart shows the process from the
point of view of machine. It includes the activities of man through
the process.
