Because liquidation is the conservative measure- use liquidation value if higher sa going
concern na mga measure
Market price- represents the growth prospects kaya mas higher talaga siya. Combination
siya ng historical value + other values

Liquidation value- realizable value and does not reflect the market

So, I will buy if MV is lower than liquidation value
