Precaution Statement／注意事項
-Disassemble on a tray to prevent losing parts.
分解を行う場合、部品の紛失を防ぐために、トレイ等の上で行うこと。
-Replace all O-Rings that will be removed during disassembling. In addition, if cracks, damage, or
swelling are found on any O-Rings, even not removed, replace with the new O-Rings.
分解を行って外した O リングは、全て新しいものに交換すること。また、分解を行っていない O リングも、亀
裂、破損、膨潤等で劣化している場合は、必ず新しいものに交換すること。
-Clean, remove oil, and dry each parts before reassembly.
取り外した部品は、組付け前にきれいに洗浄・脱脂すること。
-For torque measuring instrument (torque driver, torque wrench), regularly check that the correct
measurement can be performed.
トルク測定器（トルクドライバ、トルクレンチ）に関しては、正しい測定が行えることを定期的に確認すること。

3. REASSEMBLY PROCEDURE／再組立手順
3-1. Reassembling the Head Assy／ヘッド部組付の再組立
1) Attach the Bur Latch.
ラッチ板を取り付ける。

Insert the Bur Latch into Align the hole of the Bur Latch
the slit of the Head. with the screw hole of the Head.
ラッチ板をヘッドのスリット ラッチ板の穴とヘッドのねじ穴を合
へ差し込む。 わせる。

Tighten the Bur Latch and the Head
with the Bur Latch Retainer.
ラッチ板止めねじでラッチ板とヘッドを
共締めする。

2) Attach the Cartridge.

カートリッジを取り付ける。

Align the Cartridge’s convex shape

with the notch of the Head.
カートリッジの突起とヘッドの切り欠き
を合わせる。

3) Attach the End Cap.

4) Attach the Drive Shaft Body Assy. DT-413

クビ本体組付を取り付ける。

Attach the DT-413 to the Drive Tighten the adjustment screw of

Shaft Body Assy. (Loosen the the DT-413, and grab the edge
adjustment screw in advance.) of the Drive Shaft Body Assy.
DT-413 をクビ本体組付に取り付 DT-413 の調整ねじを締め、クビ本
ける（調整ねじは緩めておくこと）。 体組付の端を掴む。

Insert the Drive Shaft Body Assy Push the Drive Shaft Body Assy
into the Head. until the click sound is heard.
クビ本体組付をヘッドに挿入する。 カチッと音が鳴るまで押し込む。

Loosen the adjustment screw, and

Drive Shaft Body Assy
remove the DT-413.
クビ本体組付
調整ねじを緩め、DT-413 を取り外す。
