Dear Ma’am Analyn Aquevido,

Good day! I am submitting this letter not only to inform you and apologize, but also,
to kindly request another chance to take the examination in your subject. I, Jessa C.
Uraga, am a student in the course subject Taxation 2, would like to inform you that I
will not be able to take my preliminary exam in the scheduled time (8:00 - 10:00 pm)
later. Due to the reason that I am the one who is taking care of my younger brother
in the Hospital for a week and the internet connection here are very poor,
therefore, it would be challenging for me to take the examination.

I am very sorry for this, however, I am hoping that you will consider my situation
and grant me an opportunity to take the examination. If you consider my letter, I will
be very grateful to you.
