I am writing this letter to request a leave from work on January 31, 2018 to February 5,
2018 for a Southeast Asian Package Tour to Singapore and Malaysia.

I have asked other members of my department to make sure that all of my

responsibilities will be covered while I’m away. I will also make sure that all pending work
will be completed before I leave. Rest assured that I will be back on February 6, 2018.
