It is with deep regret that I ask you to accept my resignation letter. I am sorry to inform you that I
am resigning from Glan Medicare Community Hospital as a Medical Technologist. September
28, 2021 will be my last day of employment.

This was not an easy decision, because I am grateful for the rewarding employment I’ve had
with Glan Medicare Community Hospital.

Working for this institution has been a wonderful experience. I feel privileged to have been a
part of such a professional team. Thank you for the opportunities you have presented to help me
improve my crafts and skills as a medical professional. I am grateful for the professional and
personal growth that have been provided to me, and I truly appreciate the opportunities to work
with a strong and capable staff.

I also want to take this opportunity to thank you and Glan Medicare Community Hospital for
your time and effort in my trainings and advancement. I will never forget how much this
institution helped me over the years and I will always be grateful to GMCH. I would be happy to
help with the transition of my duties so that the laboratory continues to function smoothly after
my departure.

Again, it has been a pleasurable experience working in this institution. I wish you and Glan
Medicare Community Hospital grows from strength to strength.
