industry. They are looking for an experienced candidate to handle their water project pan
USA & India. ‘

Due to ongoing expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations
Manager to join the team and play a pivotal role within the overall business.

Job Role
The Operations Manager will report directly to the Founder Directors and will have full
operational responsibility for various functions like Procurement, Warehouse, Supply, IT,
Administration, Facility Management and HR. This is an important leadership role in the
company as it sets the fountain and the individual will be part of the management decision
making team.

Responsibilities
• Supervision Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the various departments in
the organisation, including work schedules.

• Ensure cost optimisation across all spheres of the working of the company.

• Adherence to Rules Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.

• Manage Third Party Relations Ensure that standard procedures are followed when third
parties are hired, necessary administrative and legal formalities are completed.

• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organisations mission
specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management,
business process and organisational planning.

• Formulate and implement departmental and organisational policies and procedures to

maximise output.
Requirements

• Required 10+ years of experience in FMCG industry.

• The candidate should be based out of India but open to travel to USA often.
• Experience in successfully launching products by coordinating to the Indian counter part
who are the OEM Supplier.
• Geographical knowledge of USA and should have a travel record to USA..
• The Operations Manager must offer a demonstrated background in leading teams within a
consumer environment. This role requires someone commercially astute.
• You must possess excellent inter-personal and negotiating skills with an ability to liaise
cross functionally at all levels of the business.
• It is desired that you have experience in managing operations on an international scale.
• Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace
