When it comes to speed, I think the good way to develop this is to try a 30-meter sprint while using a timer to
check on how fast you ran. Flexibility, you can try doing the zipper measures the flexibility of the upper body/
shoulder girdle. Another thing is to sit and reach; this measures the flexibility of the lower back and
hamstrings. Reaction time, you can try doing the stick drop test. It tests how quickly we react to a stimulus/
event. For coordination, we could develop this by doing the juggling test. It measures the coordination
between the eyes and hands. It's like making you more physically fit in doing any kinds of activities in your
daily life. It can also boost your energy for the whole day or make your day more productive to accomplish
many tasks. Physical fitness can make you healthy and can prevent diseases. In addition, doing exercise every
day can give you a goodnight's sleep. It makes you feel so refreshed the next day.
