 JFC is one of the largest Asian food service companies.  JFC has grown brands that bring
delightful dining experience to its customers worldwide, in line with its mission of serving
great tasting food and spreading the joy of eating to everyone.  JFC has over 5,800
stores spanning 33 countries.
 The company is a dominant market leader and has the largest local market share which
is more than all the other multinational brands combined. JFC allotted Php12billion for
their capital in which it is increased by 33% than its spending in 2017 to support store
expansion. Php5billion is allocated for renovations while another Php5billion is allocated
for commission investments.
 JFC also operates a total of 19 commissaries worldwide: 11 in the Philippines, 2 in China,
4 in the United States and 2 in Vietnam. It builds and operates its own commissaries to
supply food products to its restaurants. This supply chain strategy aims to achieve
superiority in product quality and a very high level of assurance in food safety
 The Company's principal business is the development, operation and franchising of quick
service restaurants (QSRs) under the trade names "Jollibee", "Chowking", "Greenwich",
"Red Ribbon", "Yong He King", "Hong Zhuang Yuan", "Mang Inasal", "Burger King",
"Highlands Coffee", "PHO24", "Hard Rock Caf‚", "Dunkin' Donuts", "Smashburger", "Tim
Ho Wan", "Tortas Frontera", "The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf", and "Panda Express". The
other activities of JFC include manufacturing and property leasing in support of the QSR
systems and other business activities.
 There are currently 1,482 Jollibee stores around the globe: 1,185 are here in the
Philippines, and 297 in various other countries
 569 Chowking branches in the Philippines, plus another 48 overseas, for a total of 617
stores worldwide.
 526 Red Ribbon Bakeshops around the world: 495 in the Philippines and 31 in the U.S.
 38 branches of Pho24 in Vietnam, 16 in Indonesia, and the first one just opened in the
Philippines this year, for a total of 55 stores.
 49 Highlands Coffee branches in the Philippines and 439 in Vietnam, for a total of 488
stores.
 Yonghe King now has 349 stores all over China. Hong
 Zhuang Yuan currently has 32 branches across China.
 JFC currently operates just one Tim Ho Wan store in Shanghai, China—the first one in
that country—as a franchisee.
 Two Hard Rock Cafes in Vietnam today.
 Smashburger currently has 235 outlets in the US and other countries worldwide.
 CBTL currently has 1,061 branches worldwide.
