Arata Pumpkin Farm Field Trip
Wednesday, October 13
TK1 - 4th Grade
● Students will eat lunch before leaving school.
● Buses leave the school at 12:00 pm and will return at
approximately 4:15 pm.
● Students will need to bring a snack, extra face mask and
water bottle with their name clearly labeled on it.
Mystery Bags for Science
In Science, we have been discussing the properties of objects. The
students are going to bring in their own "mystery item" next
week. They will give their classmates clues as to what their object
is, using only its properties. Coming home in the students' folders
today is a brown lunch bag for them to place their object and a
sheet for them to complete their clues. The students do not need
to measure their objects' weight, size, temperature, etc. -
descriptive words are just fine (small, big, heavy, light, warm, cold).
Please help your child complete their clue sheet and have them
bring their items to school on Thursday! We will be using them in
class on Friday. *Items will be returned home.
