HR Problem Statement

At Myntra, we believe in building a culture that inspires our employees to create enriching careers and be their
best selves. Our focus is on building a people-first culture and creating an environment that fosters ideas and
openness, as well as provides the space for a diverse workforce to feel valued and included.

The pandemic has disrupted the way we work. As we were settling into the new normal, ‘empathy’ was a key
factor in our decision-making process and people were at the center of all our decisions. From virtual onboarding
and hiring to gamified learning modules, Covid Insurance for our delivery partners, and hosting emotional
wellness sessions, we continue to adapt to the new normal by constantly listening to our employees. As we
navigate through these times, here are a couple of case studies for you to dive into:

Problem Statements

1. Enabling the Differently Abled to Succeed at Myntra

Be it Sports or the Civil Services, with the differently-abled proving their mettle across multi-disciplinary
fields, we believe there is a vast amount of untapped potential that Myntra as an organization and the
society as an ecosystem could benefit from. Please create a Hire to Retire plan that will help us work with
differently-abled employees in a truly inclusive manner. The plan needs to be practical, sustainable and
should include, but not be limited to, the important aspects of logistics, process-specific
recommendations, and organizational behavior, and culture-related inputs. Please note that the
differently-abled category itself has an inherent diversity that needs to be considered in your approach.

2. Attracting Tech Talent in the era of “Great Resignation”

For most organizations, the offer to joining ratio for tech roles has drastically reduced over the past
few months with average offer-decline rates at 40%. In this market, being an Employer of Choice for
tech talent is a mantle that all companies are vying for. We are looking for an innovative Talent
branding strategy as well as a comprehensive employee value proposition to attract and convert top
tech talent in the country.

Social Commerce has many facets and one of the emerging areas is influencer-led content communities
and eCommerce. A lot of consumers today start their shopping journey by seeking inspiration, before
deciding on the products to purchase. Myntra has started on this journey with Myntra Studio and live
video streaming. To take this to the next level how will you reimagine Myntra with both influencer-led
content commerce and traditional eCommerce experience co-existing on the same platform?
a. Customer understanding: What do Indian fashion customers want from Social Commerce? What
would be their aspirations from a premium, scaled platform like Myntra?

by the relevant segment without diluting the existing eCommerce experience?

and fashion expert for online fashion eCommerce for these young audiences. With new categories like

post-purchase services to ensure there is enough assistance throughout the life cycle of a fashion
product consumption journey. There is an equally huge opportunity as customers seek on-demand
availability of both products and services blurring the lines between offline and online experiences. How
will you reimagine Myntra as a bouquet of pre-and post-purchase services offered at the doorstep?

from an e-commerce player? What would be their aspirations from a premium, scaled platform
like Myntra?

differentiator and monetization opportunity? How will you ensure Myntra builds and scales the
