WHAT I CAN DO

As a student, I think the patient was not treated fairly. There is nothing else I would like to know
about this case that might help me decide. The researchers that keep the patient’s spleen cells
and patented it I think don’t have a right, because they did not ask for the patient’s consent. Or
at least they should share some profits to the patient because the cells are from him. Even in
reverse, the patient has the right because it comes from him. The researchers should consider
asking the owner of the cells first.

WHAT I CAN DO

In my point of view as a senior high school stem student, I think making artificial bones is helpful to
is

society. Because it will help people especially those people who have a bone fracture. The artificial bone
Th

is the one that used to replace human bone that was lost due to severe fractures, disease, etc. also,
using artificial bones could reduce the burden on patients as much as possible. Biomimicry can help you
create disruptive technologies, that transform your industry or help you build entirely new industries. By
studying the structures of nature’s strategies and how they are built, biomimicry can help you minimize
sh

the amount your company spends on materials while maximizing the effectiveness of your product's
patterns and forms to achieve their desired functions. Biomimicry gives us hope, because we know the
solutions for our greatest challenges are here, accessible, and validated by the many species still alive
today. By using nature as our mentor, we get to experience the powerful healing effects it has by
connecting to the natural world- while also finding empowering relief to solve these challenges together.

Making artificial bones, in my opinion as a senior high school stem student, is beneficial to society.
Because it will benefit people, particularly those who have suffered a bone fracture. Artificial bone is
used to replace human bone that has been lost due to severe fractures, disease, or other factors.
Furthermore, the use of artificial bones could lessen the burden on patients to the greatest extent
possible. Biomimicry can assist you in developing disruptive technologies that will either transform your
industry or create entirely new ones. By studying the structures of nature’s strategies and how they are
built, biomimicry can help you minimize the amount your company spends on materials while
maximizing the effectiveness of your product's patterns and forms to achieve their desired functions.

together when we use nature as our mentor. Biomimicry is one of the most promising
research areas that could transform the way products and services are designed,

o.
manufactured, transported, and distributed. Biomimicry considers animals, plants,
rs e
and microbes as exemplary engineering models, and various biological inspiration
ou urc
levels can be used to identify application analogies. Most CHC segments have been
found to benefit from biomimicry solutions; however, the skin, oral, and wound care
segments have had the greatest impact.
