System Analysis

We are living in a world where our environment is changing continuously due

to climate. Importance of tree plantation has been stressed upon time and again.
The need for tree plantation has become even greater these days because of the
growing pollution in the environment. Tree plantation involves transplanting
tree seedlings to grow forests and spread greenery around. There are a number
of reasons why the process of tree plantation is important for the environment.
We are trying put some efforts in this polluted world that can be used to save
the beauty of nature. are multiple problems are going around in the
environment. So we working in this project to reduce the Deforestation which is
very harmful for our nature. E-plantation is the project, which is help for better
environment. In this project we are working on a website which is named as E-
Plantation. In this website we will provide a platform where each and every
person around the world can plant trees as per there wish, you need not to worry
about the place where you want to plant, In E-plantation website will provide
various places across the country or the world.

Identification of Need

Since we humans do a lot of deforestation in order to get more space to build

roads and buildings, However this is going to be a hazardous environment for us
also. Now-a-days We are facing many health related issues like breathing
problems. In order to live in a pollution free environment we are making this
project to give our earth more and more trees to be planted.
To meet the purpose, objectives were developed within this project framework.
In order to identify total potential wood flows from plantations, the volumes
from existing plantations have also been included in this report.
Many forestry experts claim that the establishment of plantations will reduce or
eliminate the need to exploit natural forest for wood production. It is true
because due to the high productivity of plantations less land is needed. So this
becomes the need of the hour to save and plant more and more trees.
Preliminary Investigation

The problem which is identified in Identification section are enormous number

of problems are identified. In this project we are investigated some of the
problems
1. People are won’t worry about the environment and they don’t want to
take self-responsibility. So, we people are trying to make them aware
about the environment needs.
2. This project has its unique idea to make the environment harmless.
3. There are various types of virus are occur due the oxygen, If we not take
the responsibility our own the its difficult to survive in this polluted
world is one of the reason why we needs to plants maximum number of
trees for each individuals
4. In this project we are organizing a monthly camp for awareness and Tree
plantation programme
5. Providing free places around the country where they want to wish to plant
trees, etc.

Feasibility Study

A feasibility study evaluates the project’s potential for success; therefore,

perceived objectivity is an important factor in the credibility of the study for
potential investors and lending institutions.
Conducting a feasibility study need not be difficult or expensive, but the most
important aspects should all be taken into account to ensure that potential
problems are addressed.
The importance of a feasibility study is based on organizational desire to “get it
right” before committing resources, time, or budget. A feasibility study might
uncover new ideas that could completely change a project’s scope. It’s best to
make these determinations in advance, rather than to jump in and learning that
the project just won’t work.
Some key benefits of conducting a feasibility study:
1.Improves project teams’ focus
2.Identifies new opportunities
3.Provides valuable information for a “go/no-go” decision
4.Narrows the business alternatives
5.Identifies a valid reason to undertake the project
6.Enhances the success rate by evaluating multiple parameters
7.Aids decision-making on the project
8.Identifies reasons not to proceed

Technical feasibility

A large part of determining resources has to do with assessing technical

feasibility. It considers the technical requirements of the proposed project. The
technical requirements are then compared to the technical capability of the
organization. The systems project is considered technically feasible if the
internal technical capability is sufficient to support the project requirements.
The analyst must find out whether current technical resources can be upgraded
or added to in a manner that fulfils the request under consideration.
Areas to look at when evaluating project technical analysis:
i) Determining whether the project feasible is within the limits of current
technology: - since the components that we are going to use in project are
digital components, so it conquers with current digital age hence project
feasible lies within the limit of current technology.
ii) Manpower- programmers, testers & debuggers: - since this project lies
within the limits of current technology, manpower will available.
iii) Determining whether the current technical resources sufficient for the new
system? one of the current technical resources is digital components hence
the current technical resources sufficient for the new system

Operational feasibility
Operational feasibility is a measure of how well a proposed system solves the
problems, and takes advantage of
1. The opportunities identified during scope definition and how it satisfies
the requirements identified in the
2. Requirements analysis phase of system developments. The world is fully
dependent on the environment, if there is no plants in the world we can
not take the breathe, we are well known about the future.
3. Tree-Plantations needs will be continue as far as human beings are alive.
4. We are providing the opportunity for those people, who are willing to
plants a tree which will be provide enormous benefits to environments.
5. It’s important to the way of previous generation provided us the earth,
and now it’s our responsibility to give the pure environment to next
generations.
6. In order to determine this feasibility, it is important to understand the
management commitment to the proposed project. However, it is also
important that the employee base will be accepting of the change.

Economics Feasibility
Economic analysis could also be referred to as cost or benefit analysis. It is the
most frequently used method for evaluating the effectiveness of a new system.
In economic analysis, the procedure is to determine the benefits and savings that
are expected from a candidate system and compare with the costs. If the benefits
outweigh costs, then the decision is made to design and implement the system.
In short, the purpose of economic analysis is to determine whether there is an
economic case for the investment decision. This assessment goes beyond the
items typically included in a financial analysis. Economic feasibility is
interested in:
a) The economic benefits from the project
b) The economic costs of the project
c) The balance of these expressed in present value terms (the net economic
benefit)
d) Estimated cost of Hardware: The estimated cost of hardware is 3,000.
These include cost of Sensor, display systems, motor just to mention a
few among other components.
e) Estimated cost of software: The estimated cost of website is15,000. This
is the cost of HTML, CSS, JS, PHP and many web development
programming languages that we are going use.
