INDIA@75: YOUTH IDEATHON 2021
CBSE in collaboration with Management Entrepreneurship Professional Skills Council (MEPSC) under
Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship is organizing INDIA@75: YOUTH IDEATHON 2021,
India’s Largest K-12 School Level Ideas Festival to harness innovation and entrepreneurship potential on
young minds of India. This is also the mandate of Startup India and New Education Policy 2020.

INDIA@75: YOUTH IDEATHON 2021 is a 3-stage event that shall be launched on 21st September 2021 and
the finals shall be held on 13th Nov 2021. The theme of this event is “MERA IDEA JO BADAL DE BHARAT”.

This is an online event. School students can submit their innovation ideas at the Idea Form on the website
www.YouthIdeathon.in

The organizers are also conducting Faculty Workshop on the topic “How to get Good Ideas” which is an
important capacity building initiative for our teachers. Interested Faculty can register for this workshop at
www.YouthIdeathon.in/FDP

INDIA@75: YOUTH IDEATHON 2021 intends to provide following benefits:

● Develop and build innovation and entrepreneurial mindset, a critical 21st century skill in our school
students.
● Encourage school students to research about ground level problems and find creative solutions to
those problems.
● Channelise youth energy in solving nation’s problems.
● Develop leadership capability in students.
● Online Workshops for School Students (details on website).
● Faculty Workshops (details on website).
● National Level, State Level and Theme Award winner students shall be provided incubation and
mentoring support through various incubators.

Heads of all the affiliated schools are requested to encourage their students and Faculty to participate in
this unique programme aimed at inculcating innovation and entrepreneurialism in the student community.
