Training and Development


- For me one of the most challenging roles of human resources is “Training and
Development” because most of the employer are looking for the best and suitable
employee for their company that has gone training and development.  The
employer may also be responsible for launching employee development
initiatives. This could entail additional on-the-job training, or educational
opportunities that allow employees to grow and develop in their current roles or
prepare them for career advancement within the organization. Employer should
be to ensure that the new employees acquire the company-specific knowledge
and skills to perform their task efficiently. As a self-employed I assure that my
employees are doing their job well and satisfied for their work.
