New Basic Occupational Safety and Health course


MFI Foundation Inc.’s commitment to serve the Philippine industries has led to a new course offering on Basic
Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) soon to be available at the MFI Technological Institute (MFI-TI) in
partnership with duly accredited safety and technical consultants.
The 40-hour course aims to familiarize safety personnel and other interested individuals with the Philippine
Occupational Safety and Health Standards, and prepare participants to recognize occupational hazards and teach
them ways to prevent or minimize hazards. The course also aims to train participants to effectively conduct safety
and health inspection, work accident investigation and analysis, and evaluation of safety performance.
