Hello Sir,

This is Gambhir singh I’m writing this letter to notice of intention to consider cancellation of my
skilled visa, According to circumstances my visa has no ground to cancellation because I faced many
problems in this difficult time “As everyone knows that economy of every country going down day by
day and also a high shortage of jobs, suppose In these all circumstances if your employer one day
comes to you and says you are fired, what do you feel , what will be your reaction after all you can’t
do anything except finding another job or case in fair work.” That was the my first issue that should
be consider. Except this there are some other points that also should be taken while decision.

i. I have already find a sponsor to transfer my visa but due to covid 19 it’s not possible to
sponsor now he has already trying to submit my file. In Western Australia there is still
lockdown so I can’t move there and the delaying in transferring visa was due to corona
time as I already mentioned above. (find detail about my sponsor in attachments)
ii. My employer given me termination the same day without any notice even though he did
not yet paid my final payment.
iii. I have filed a case in fair work for my rights and decision is pending so I need time to
fight as everyone deserves justice if I left this country then I can’t fight my cases as u
know I’m not a very rich person so I can hire a lawyer here and come here on every date
u give to me this will be very costly and I can’t afford it.
iv. I have served this country about 10 years there is no criminal record on my name and I
have paid taxes and everything and also I lost my permanent residency of Singapore to
give my 100%to my employers but today where I’m …… all of these circumstance I think I
deserves second chance until my fair work case’s decision.

These all are the my points to not cancellation of my visa but even though it happens then the
consequences will be worst for me as

i. I’m the only person who is earning in my family so if I lost my visa then my family will not
be survived as I have already spent my saving in paying my house rent, electricity bill and
day to day expenses and left on my fair work case so it’s looking impossible to survive
after all this.
ii. In India, also there are so many family issue because of all these I left country but if I
don’t get second chance then I’ll be in same situation and this can be harmful for me
physically and mentally and I can’t handle these all as I’m already about 52.

Please consider these all points before taking any decision, it will directly affect my entire lifestyle
and other things.
