My field experience was really good. Although I faces some problems.

The very dirst probelm is the

selection of lab school by using some sources at the end i select tha school named as “ Government
Girls Middle School Staff Colony Mirpur (A.K)”. I leant a lot of things from this practicum. I learnt the
professional skills of teaching, time management, using of advance activities, using of advance
teaching recourses, up-to-date assessment techniques according to bloom taxonomy and many
moor. I also learnt that of effective teaching and learning prosess. Class environment is very
important. Teachers must give comfortable and friendly environment to the students for the
learning process.I also observed that parants and community invovement in school for the feed
bback is good in the development of the students and it also develop the sence of confidence and
sports. I also leart good relationship with staff members.
