Method Custard Cream: Ingredients:


Mix the sugar with CPT and dissolve with small amounts Milk 1000
of milk. Boil the remaining part of milk. Add the CPT Sugar 150
preparation and cook together until you obtain a firm

and homogeneous texture while continuously mixing.

Method Chocolate Custard Cream:


When your custard cream is ready (hot), add the
quantity of chocolate and mix well.

Some Tips:
• it’s possible to add melted chocolate in the
custard cream (room temperature).
