Appendix to Offer Le er
1. This offer is valid up to 3 working days from the date of the offer le er
2. The period of the contract is set to One year star ng the date when
the employee assumes work with the Company. The contract is
automa cally renewable for similar periods if no party was to give
before the no ce period, men oned in this appendix, to the other of
its intent not to renew for a similar period.
3. The first three months is a proba on period. During this period, either
party may terminate this contract without prior No ce, End of Service
benefits or Payment of Compensa on.
4. This offer is subject to your passing a pre-employment medical
examina on.
5. The current working Days are from Sunday through Thursday or as
amended by the Company. It is an cipated that your responsibili es
will necessitate a flexible approach to working beyond these hours as
necessary.
6. Your salary and allowances will be paid in arrears at the end of each
month.
7. Throughout your employment you will be covered against Group Life
Insurance in accordance with Company policy.
8. You will be en tled to sick leave as per Saudi Labor Law subject to
being cer fied as sick by a competent medical authority. No
accumula on of sick leave is permi ed.
9. You will be provided with medical insurance for yourself and approved
dependents who are resident in Saudi Arabia in accordance with the
Company’s policy and procedures.
10. The agreement can be terminated by either party giving the other
party a no ce in wri ng. In case of The Company cash in lieu of no ce
period can also be considered to terminate the contract.
11. This offer is valid subject to comple on of all formali es and
submission, prior to commencement of employment, of all of the
required documents such as Release or end of service cer ficate from
your last employer and educa on and experience cer ficates (if not
already supplied).

1. The Company is in the business of development and
management of various projects and therefore
possesses a wide variety of informa on of
confiden al nature (in the form of concepts, ideas,
paperwork, computer records, etc.). The
informa on is important to its posi on in the local
and worldwide market place, and is a valuable
business asset.
2. You shall devote all your efforts to serve The
Company and you are not allowed to carry out any
business for your own account or for the account
of other employers either directly or indirectly, in
any manner whatsoever. You shall at all mes act in
the best interests of The Company to the best of
your ability and shall do nothing to prejudice the
Company at any me whether during or a er the
termina on of this contract.
3. You shall not at any me, whether during or a er
the termina on of this contract, disclose, divulge,
make public, impart or make use of any
informa on for your own use or for any other
purpose as to the business or affairs of The
Company and/or any confiden al Informa on
other than as directed by or with the consent of
The Company or in so far as may be required by a
court of competent jurisdic on.
4. Upon expiry or other termina on of this contract
you shall hand over to those persons nominated by
The Company, all effects or belongings of The
Company including all diaries, notes, records,
accounts, notebooks, manuals, correspondence,
and any other materials (including computer
so ware and records) whatsoever and any and all
other confiden al Informa on.
5. You further hereby undertake not to carry out or
join any en ty carrying on any business that is in
direct compe on whereby the companies’
intellectual property or confiden al informa on
could be compromised, for at least one year a er
the termina on or expiry of your service with the
company.

‫ﻣﺎﻟﻢ ﺗﺤﺼﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻮاﻓﻘﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﺸﺮﻛﺔ أو ﻛﺎﻧﺖ‬
