I. 2018 Target : 10,000,000

II. Year End Incentives : 2%
III. Monthly target (1,000,000) : 2%
IV. Standard Discount Big Appliances : 12%
V. Standard Discount Small Appliances : 20%
VI. Prompt Payment Discount (PPD) : 3%
VII. Distribution Subsidy (DS) : 2%
VIII. One (1) unit Display Subsidy : 30%
IX. ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

 Marketing & Salesman support
 Promo Merchandiser

Terms and conditions:

1.) Payment of Terms is 90 days.

2.) Year End Incentives based on all regular purchased, net of all discount.

3.) Prompt Payment Discount (PPD) of 15 days upon the receipt of goods, Check
payment shall be submitted prior to the maturity date of the PPD. PPD shall be
based on the Net Dealer Price (NDP).

4.) Distribution Subsidy will be applicable to the initial transfer of stocks to the
branches.

 5.) Regular Discount shall be deducted outright in the invoice based on Net Dealer
Price.

6.) Display Subsidy of less 30% for new model unit for every initial purchase with 2
back up units for each branch.

7.) Additional marketing support is subject for approval covered with a letter request
from the dealer.

8.) Suki Card Discount (SCD) shall be deducted outright in the invoice based on Net
Dealer Price.
