GIMLET (STRAIGHT UP)

1 ½ oz Gin
½ oz Lime Juice
Lime Whee -Stir ingredients in a mixing
glass with ice.
-Strain into a chilled
martini glass or a shooter
glass.

ORANGE BLOSSO
1 oz. Gin
-Fill shaker with ice cubes.
1 oz. Triple Sec -Add all ingredients to
1 oz. OrangeJuicethe shaker and shake for
a few seconds.
Slice of Orange -Strain into a chilled
martini glass.
-Garnish with orange slice
and cherry.

1 ½ oz. Gin -Build gin, lemon juice,
and syrup in a Collins
½ oz. Simple
glass filled with ice.
Soda Water -Stir well
Lemon Wedge -Top up with soda water
-Garnish with sliced lemon
and cherry
-Serve with straw.

 RUM
-Pour all ingredients into a
DAIQUIR cocktail shaker lled with ice
1 oz. White Rum cubes.
½ oz. Triple Sec -Shake well
¼ oz. Lime Juice -Strain into a chilled
¼ oz. Simple martini glass.
Lime Wedge -Garnish with a lime
wedge and cherry on the
rim of a martini.

 RUM
-Muddle lime and sugar in a
MOJIT shaker. Transfer in an old-
2 oz. White Rum fashioned glass
2 tsp. Granulated -Rub mint leaves around
12 mint leaves the rim of the glass.
4 lime wedges -Half-fill the glass with
Dash of Soda Watercrushed ice and pour rum.
-Stir the mix, add cubed
ice then
splash of soda water.

1 ½ oz. Vodka shaker filled with ice
1 oz Triple Sec cubes.
1 oz Lime Juice -Shake well.

-Garnish with lime

5 oz. Orange -Build ingredients in
Juice a highball with ice
Orange Slice -Stir well
-Garnish with orange
slice and cherry
-Add stirrer and straw

MARGARIT -Pour ingredients into a
1 ½ Tequila cocktail shaker with ice.
-Shake well
¾ oz. Triple Sec
-Salt the rim of the

¼ oz. Simpl glass.
Lime Wheel -Garnish with lime
wheel

TEQUILA
-Pour all ingredients into a

cocktail shaker lled with ice

¼ oz. Grenadine -Strain into a chilled
