When applying readmission, please fill out this form and attach “Suspension Certificate,” and go to other divisions to transact before a month of the deadline. 2. Please go to School Website/Academic Affairs Office/Admissions/International Student Office/Online application/ Registration Guideline to transact the procedures of registration. 3. Debit note recharged: If one doesn’t get debit note by the time according to registration guideline or school calendar, please go to https://school.bot.com.tw to download the debit note. 4. If one would like to take courses after readmission, please go to School Website/Admissions/International Students Office/Departments-Programs to check. 5. Male students please hand in the copies of military service discharge orders or “役男徵額歸屬 證明書”to Student Assistance Division to transact 「儘後召集」 or Suspended Draft.
