Textbook Distribution Policy

1. Textbooks and materials provided to the Contributor (“You” or “Your”) are the property of
Quizlet (“We” or “Our”).
2. Upon completion of the assignment, You must notify Your assigned Shipping Coordinator
and Asset Manager to coordinate a time to have the physical copy of the textbook picked
up.
3. If You are close to completion with Your current assignment and will require a physical
copy of a book for the next assignment, You must coordinate with You Content Manager.
The Content Manager and Asset Manager will then make arrangements to have the book
shipped to Your geographic location.
4. If a book is damaged or lost while in Your possession, You should notify Your assigned
Shipping Coordinator as soon as possible. We may require You to repay the cost of the
textbook if it is lost or in poor condition subject to Our discretion.
5. If You are terminated for any reason and have a physical copy of a textbook, then You
must notify Your assigned Shipping Coordinator as soon as possible to arrange for pickup.
If the textbook is not returned within the agreed timeframe, You will be responsible for the
cost of the textbook.
6. Digital copies purchased for You may only be used by You. Sharing of digital copies is not
permitted. If additional copies are needed, You will need to contact Your Shipping
Coordinator to request a copy.
7. You may only use the book(s) (physical and digital) to complete approved Quizlet
assignments. Use of the textbook to perform work for personal reasons or other entities,
including Quizlet competitors, is not permitted. You will not violate or exceed the copyright
notices in any textbook.

You, the Contributor, understand that any asset provided to You during Your contracted
work is Quizlet property.

You have read and agree to the policy above. You understand that failure to follow the
Textbook Distribution Policy may result in your obligation to compensate Quizlet for any
such failure.
