6TH HIJRAT

HP had a dream that he entered the sacred mosque in Makkah. "Truly did Allah
fulfill the vision of His messenger: ye shall enter the sacred mosque, if Allah wills,
with minds secure and without fear" (48:27). 1400 followers marched towards
Makkah in Ihraam. Quraish were ready to resist their entry when they heard the
news. They sent an army under the command of Khalid bin Waleed and Ukrama
bin Abu Jahl. HP had no intention to fight, changed route and reached Hudabiya--
3Km from Makkah. The Muslims sent Hazrat Usman to negotiate.
