ELEMENTARY PUBLIC TEACHERS OF ZONE III, DIVISION OF

Statement of the Problem

This study proposal aims to identify the level of impact of motivation and job satisfaction

among the elementary public teachers of Zone III, Division of Zambales during SY 2021-2022.

Specifically, the following questions will be addressed in line with this purpose:

1. What is the profile of the elementary teachers in terms of:

1.1 age;

1.2 academic qualifications;

1.3 length of experience;

1.4 length of service at present school; and

1.5 current IPCRF rating.

2. How is the level of impact on job satisfaction amongst elementary public teachers in

Zone III, Division of Zambales in terms of:

2.1. pay;

2.2. promotion;

2.3. supervision;

2.4. recognition;

2.5. interpersonal relationships; and

2.6. work itself.

3. How does the motivation of elementary public teachers in Zone III, Division of

Zambales affect in terms of:


3.1. external; and

3.2. internal.

4. Is there a relationship between job satisfaction and motivation among elementary public

teachers in Zone III, Division of Zambales?

5. Is there a significant difference in the perception towards the level of impact on job

satisfaction when grouped according to the variables cited in problem 1?

6. Is there a significant difference in the perception towards the level of motivation when

grouped according to the variables cited in problem 1?

7. What model/plan/program can be proposed to further motivate and satisfy teachers in

their work fields?
