EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT

OF ESTATE with AUTHORITY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE made and

entered into by and among, JUAN, Filipino and resident of 123 A Jones
Avenue, ABC Compound, Cebu City.

WITNESSETH:

The above-named parties are the surviving heirs of the late Juan and
Juana who died on 29 December 2014 in Cebu City without any will.

The said deceased, at the time of his death, left certain Pacific Pension
Plan.

To the best knowledge of the parties hereto, the said deceased left no
debts.

The parties hereto, being all of age and with civil capacity to contract,
hereby agree to adjudicate among themselves the foregoing proceeds of the
above-mentioned policy pro-indiviso and in equal share.

This deed partially settles the estate of deceased Virginia Borromeo

Guzman and notice of this extrajudicial settlement shall be published once a
week for three consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in
the Province of Cebu and the affidavit of publication shall be made an
integral part hereof once the entire estate will be completely settled to the
satisfaction of the heirs concerned.

As authority: Further, we JUAN and JUANA, hereby authorize

JULIO to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact in transacting with Pacific
Plans and process our claim and receive and encash the proceeds hereof.

BEFORE ME, on this _______________ in Cebu City, Philippines,

personally appeared the foregoing parties, known to me and to me known to
be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument and they
acknowledged to me that the same is their own free and voluntary act and
deed.

This Deed is an extrajudicial settlement of estate with authority

consisting of two (2) pages including the page on which this
acknowledgement is written, signed by the parties and their instrumental
witnesses.
