Chapter 4 Quickly starting

4.1 Information collection

4.2 Quickly starting

Chapter 5 The settings of initialization

5.1 System

" System " relate to system administrator, code management, change


passwords, change user, dental clinic (hospital), fees and modification
as well as backup and recovery, and can carry out the settings and
maintenance in system maintenance

5.2 The administrator of system

When this system is used for the first time, only having the default
user name, you need to add users and set permissions.
1. Increasing the user
Adding new users, first click the "system " options: "password" And bring
up the add user dialog box:

5.8 Price list

Click the "system ", "Price" price set free to edit, import and copy. After
entering, press “OK” then. It will appear to the following page:

5.9 Policlinic

Click the "system ", "Department" enter the name of dental clinic,
phone, address, post code, In order to be used conveniently in the
electronic medical records printing. The input is the basic information
of the users for software. Click” Edit” at the entry, finished taping
required clicking on "OK " to save.

5.10 Data backup

Click the "system ", "database" as shown in the figure:

double-clicking or clicking the " open " button, the pictures of
patient will be selected into.

Icon symbol, click on it, select the required data from the dropping down
menu.
Data recording, and then click the "confirm" button, save the
information.
If you want to change the data of patients, firstly click " edit " to change
it, then click " confirm " to save data.
If you want to delete the data of patients, firstly select patient (as
shown in figure), click the "delete" button, and the Li Lin will be
removed.

6.3 The first visit and return visit

1. Click on "medical record" into the patient record interface. Click

Chapter 8 Image processing

8.1 Image and video

Image collection

pictures).

Select 1 pictur to do the scaling and to view details.

Mark the position of the teeth, the "All the images" refers to the all
pictures of collection. After you select a picture, click the Sub, you
can locate the tooth. As below pictures showing, click on the "OK" and
the tooth positioning will be completed. The teeth numbers will change
from white to light blue after positioning.

9.1 Instructions for the function module operating

Oral endoscope image system's primary interface using a combination


of menu and navigation charts, entering to the main interface, the top

Chapter 10 Important notes

10.1 The management of authority

Very flexible privilege management is one of the characteristics for


the system. The system permissions down to every menu, apart from the

have the right to maintenance the system for other people.(generally
there should be only one for each clinic, the attending physician ),

change the permissions for everyone based on the actual situation.

10.2 Safety management

First, this safety management of the system is implemented through


permissions management. In addition, in order to make the operation staff

name, modify the name) and the last entry time is not allowed to edit,

date.

10.3 Reservation table

10.5 Shortcut keys

The system supports the default keyboard shortcuts of windows Part

10.6 Print

The system prints the default paper is the type A4 Standard


size .Such as the print color graphics file, needing to the color ink-jet
printing paper.
