At 04:00 hrs, whilst S/O Usama Farooq was conducting a random CCTV audit at LAHC
Northcott, observed rubbish dumped at Block-C, Level-06, lift lobby.

CCTV footage reviewed, at around 03:28 hrs, PATRICIA NOFOALUMA, tenant of

unit:629 seen dumping rubbish on level-06 lift lobby.

Cleaners will be advised in the morning to remove the rubbish.
