Insights and in the lesson that I learned

What I have learned from yesterday's discussion of Ms.Torres is it is important

to study and promote Physical Education to encourage sport programs. I also
learned that moving your body is a form of self-care. It’s not selfish, it’s
essential. I also learned the different benefits of dancing, these are the
learning benefits. This means the brain works well with the need of oxygen
and water function well. Behavioral benefits which means dance helps us to
be calm and focused. Physical benefits means that dance will help to develop
our muscles, tone, the body, improve circulation, improve posture, balance,
coordination and promote greater flexibility. Mental benefits say that whoever
is involved in dance will excel in their academics and help us to be
focused, creative and disciplined. Social benefits say that dance improves
sensitivity, understanding, appreciation and consideration for others and to
broaden one’s horizon. Aesthetic benefit it awakens consciousness of beauty
to make a performance beautiful. Emotional benefits that dance helps us to
develop confidence and self-esteem and lastly are coordination benefits which
means it is the coordination of our hands and feet and also our five senses.
