Technology is here to stay and it is important to accept the changes that come with us rather
than ignore them. Throughout history, technology has become a system that is part of our daily lives
and will continue to shape our language, ideas, and behaviors. Technology will never take the place of
the teacher in the classroom, but it is imperative that teachers adapt teaching techniques to better reach
and engage their Pupils. Once the use of technology in the classroom is fully understood, students will
benefit from it as they must be equipped with the knowledge to be successful and competitive in the
growing global job trades.

Reaction paper

The content of the position paper was good I learned a lot, almost all the information about the use
of technology in the classroom was given. especially the good and bad effects of technology on
students, and it is fun to think that we are one of the countries that have technologies that can help our
learning unlike other countries that lack of teaching materials such as teachnolgy that available for
teaching. For me position paper of NAEYC is very important tool that uses to build understanding and
support for significant, often controversial issues related to early childhood education. They are
reflected in our strategic direction as a part of our commitment to leadership and innovation NAEYC
serves as a catalyst and consensus builder for complex and controversial issues to generate new
knowledge and understanding. We are lucky because technology makes school activities easier but not
all students have the ability to buy a cell phone a type of technology that contributes a lot to students
today, but its excessive consumption is also detrimental to our health.
