People say that eating healthy is eating food that tastes horrible but has everything you need to
be in good health. What is your opinion about it?

Having a diet is very good to start improving your nutritional health and being able to organize your
life as well

I think they are exaggerating about the taste of the food, since all the foods they refer to are in all
the meals they consume daily are in all the meals so it would be contradictory what they are saying

Regarding that they will enjoy good health, I think that if they are in the right thinking since you will
not eat any type of harmful fat and apart you will enjoy a balanced diet

In conclusion, consuming food with "horrible taste" will make you improve your eating habits and
obviously improve your health
