Associate Effort Tracking

Effort Tracking: We have created a page to capture daily efforts by NNA AMO (RTB) associates. The efforts can be on
Tickets and Non-Tickets activities. To capture efforts you need to login to nReach v2
(https://nreachnna.techmahindra.com/) with your TechM LAN ID and Password. If you face any challenge in login to
nReach please drop mail to Teja Velamarthy Teja.Velamarthy@TechMahindra.com and copy Sangeetha Muruganandham

Login to nReach:

After Login you have to go to “Effort Capturing” Heading and Select “AMO Effort Tracker” to capture your Tickets and
Non-Tickets efforts as shown in below screenshot.
In this we have 2 types of Effort entries where efforts can be captured:

1. Tickets : Incident, Problem, Changes (CMT) and Service Requests.

2. Non – Tickets : Trainings, Client Meetings, Status Meetings, Documentation, Testing, Review etc.

On AMO Effort Tracker Page you can do search on multiple possible combinations like BA, CoE, Priority etc to get
Incidents, Changes, Problems and SR against which you can enter your efforts by entering the Effort Date and Hours/Min
spent on that ticket and click on the “Click here to save efforts” or “Save Efforts” Button.

Similarly you can select Non-Ticket activities on which you worked and enter efforts and click on “Add Effort” Button. On
selecting Case type as Non-Tickets like PWO, Trainings, Meetings etc the Workgroup, Incident Number and Priority will
get disabled and a table will appear where the effort can be entered with Remarks and with Reference To (Any Project
name, Module or any other non-ticket activity).
While entering efforts there can be scenario when you want to enter hours for same Ticket activity twice or more in same
day. In that case the efforts will be combined and showed as one entry for the day in report.

For example: If an associate enters 4 hours of effort on 1 st July for Incident INC001 and on same day again enters 5 hours
for the same ticket INC001, then it will add to the previous entered effort i.e. 4 +5 = 9 and shown as one single entry in
report.

Whereas if one captures effort on 1st July for Incident INC002 and again enters efforts for INC002 on 2 nd July, there will be
2 separate entries for each day.
