Happiness is an emotional state, which is incredibly difficult to evaluate.

In my view, Real Happiness is

enjoying your own company and living in peace and solidarity with your own body, mind and soul. True
happiness is state of constantly being in love with yourself. In order to be truly happy, you neither need
other people nor materialistic things. So, basically Happiness is the outcome of personal effort, its a
feeling of contentment, which comes from within you.

The thing which makes me most happy is making money from risk, and earning for the investors. I like
investing in big projects and companies to make money. It makes me genuinely happy. I also like to
travel and explore different places. I have a natural curiosity to go where I haven’t gone before and see
what I haven’t seen before and to explore different things. but one that makes me most happy is to
make money with risks. these are the things I really enjoy doing and they provide a true sense of
happiness. Another thing which gives me a genuine feeling of contentment is spreading love! it makes
me happy when I see happy faces of people around me and this happiness gets double when I become
the reason of people's happiness, when I see others affected certainly by my spreading of love, I am
satisfied beyond a way I can describe in words. Moreover fervidly living life with gratitude in the present
moment, accepting and being obliged for everything the way it is, it's the most emancipating and truly
fulfilling feeling for me.

I feel happy when I can complete the things I plan to do the next day of my life because it makes me to
believe that I am not going away from chasing my dreams.

I get happy when I talk with my parents who are a blessing, when I can be friends with good new people
I meet because I get a new person to care, give condolence or may be just talk and share.

I am exceedingly happy when I can eat new foods, when I get any new song because it gives me good
vibes.

Well, Compared to my past, yes, I am happy with my life. I am content that I have all of the things I
lacked in my past, comparatively. I can’t imagine who I used to be in the past but

I am happy that I have made it this far, and have a good life.

But In order to be genuinely Happy, we need to make efforts and sacrifices. We'll have to sacrifice at
least something to make ourselves happy. Here are some of the efforts and sacrifices which I make to
make myself happy.

Firstly I give Up criticism. Instead of focusing on what is wrong, I focus on what is going good. By finding
for the negativity in others and in situations, I experienced a mental burden all throughout the period.
So, I choose to let go of that negativity and just allow the optimism to come through.

Another effort I make is give up Blaming. Something wrong just always goes sideways. It happens. I don't
consider myself to be a reason behind the situation, whether It happens in my personal life or academic
life.

Sometimes things just happen, and we intentionally do not do that. When I give up the blame, my mind
is clear to better focus on finding a solution to the problem, instead of just regretting about that.

I try not to Complain. Constant complaining will ruin your happiness and the happiness of the ones
around you too. Bad and Negative things do happen in life, but we can have control on our reaction to
those things. so, I avoid complaining to sustain my happiness. Moreover, In order to achieve the level of
happiness I want, I sometimes need to sacrifice many of my desires and wishes, and compromise on
issues which are blocking my way to achieve my ultimate goal.
