Julie comes to the classroom with the instinct of a true teacher. She came in on a high level, but has managed to

continue to grow and progress. She went down the hall the other day to observe another fifth grade teacher on our team
and the students became rather concerned, "Where's Mrs. Roberts? Did she leave? Is she coming back?" We all love her!
Julie takes criticism very well. I mentioned that our transitions were getting a little loose and loud, so she corrected that
immediately without complaint. She seeks feedback in order to hone her skills. She has done everything in her power to
teach effectively and our students are blessed because of it. We are so lucky to have Mrs. Roberts in our classroom! I'm
especially grateful that I had a competent person like Julie to take charge of the class for six consecutive school days
when I was ill. There was a substitute teacher here those six days as well, but Julie was the leader and the Real Teacher
in the room. She is doing a great job!
