Teacher’s Needs Assessment Survey Checklist

The KVES Teacher’s Needs Assessment Survey Checklist (KVES-TNASC) is a school survey that offers
the opportunity for teachers, master teachers and principals to provide input into education analysis and policy
development.

Analysis of this data will allow school heads/master teachers to identify the challenges and to learn from
policy approaches. Teachers will provide information about concerns such as their personal growth and
professional development; their teaching beliefs and practices in line with the new normal; curriculum planning;
content knowledge and pedagogy, learning environment.

Confidentiality
All information that is collected in this study will be treated confidentially. While results will be made
available by the school, you are guaranteed that neither you this school nor any of its personnel will be identified
in any report of the results of the study.
