REFLECTION PAPER
4.Write a reflection paper. Use the following questions as your guide.
a.Are there a lot of differences/ similarities with your self-perception and how others see you?

b.How do you feel about the result of the activity?

c.What do you intend to do about it?

d.What personal insights can draw out about understanding yourself from the activity?

I see a lot of similarities with my self-perception and how other people

see me. Almost all of the words that I wrote in the paper doll are the

same with what the other people wrote in my paper doll. I am quite

happy with the results that I got. It shows that people really do see me

the same way that I see myself. After seeing what they wrote in my

paper doll, I will try to improve myself and be the best version of myself,

based on the answers that other people wrote on my paper doll,

especially my negative traits, I will try to fix it. This activity has been an

eye opener. Before, I didn’t really care what other people think I am and

I wasn’t really sure if I even know myself. After this activity, I understood

myself more. I found out that people see me as what I think I look like. I

am happy that people see me as what I think I really am. This activity

helped me realize that I should know and understand myself more.
