Security Instruc�ons:-

1. All visitors are liable to be checked & frisked. Visitors are requested not to carry Electronic devices such as cameras,
PDAs, laptops, portable music players,any inflammable item such as lighters/matchbox/fuel etc, Any sharp object
like scissors, penknives or nail files, Weapon or weapon like objects and explosive material of any kind, Alcohol &
alcohol containers and Briefcase & suitcases etc.
2. Photography/ Videography inside the Embassy premises is not allowed.

Please Note:

1. Visitors are requested to make their own arrangements for storage of prohibited items before entering the Embassy
premises. There is no storage facility at the Embassy.
2. Mode of Payment is Cash.The Embassy does not accept any other payment op�ons.
3. Please bring your photographs as required for various services, as the Embassy doesn't provide this service.
4. In case the applica�on is rejected due to lack of requisite documents or is incomplete, you will have to re-book a fresh
appointment.You have the op�on of using our Helpdesk/ Counter to check if you have all the documents necessary.
5. Our staff has the right to work without fear of abuse and in�mida�on. Threatening or abusive words/behavior will not
be tolerated and can result in ac�on being taken against you. On the other hand, if you face abusive or insul�ng
behaviour from any staff in the Embassy, please feel free to report at counsellor.doha@mea.gov.in (or)
amboff.doha@mea.gov.in .
6. Please use this facility responsibly. Any misuse may result in suitable ac�on being taken against the individual.

7. Please note that entry into the Embassy will not be allowed more than 30 minutes before your scheduled
appointment.
