Description of visuals
Cuts to Maria putting on the
record
(ambient sound in the
background at this point)
(scratch of a record and then
Heart Of Glass begins)
Maria walks out to her
friends (additional
characters) in the garden.
Bringing out a cake
Everyone’s faces are full of
excitement
The cake is laid down and the
camera cuts to Marias eyes
and then the camera does a
point of view shot and looks
at the large knife Maria will
be cutting the cake with.
Flash-forward:
Then we get a close up of
Maria digging a hole covered
in blood wiping Her brow.
Flashback:
The camera then cuts back to
present day, with Maria
waving her guests good bye.
The camera gets a close up of
her eyes and then a close up
of her mouth doing a sinister
smile.
The door slams and we see her
put on rubber gloves and
start washing up,
When it comes to the knife
she lingers.
Maria then starts pouring out
ingredients
It then cuts to her Husband
Ricky coming home from work
Ricky walks through the door
(camera is placed centrally)
He walks in and hugs his wife
They then settle down for the
dinner that Maria prepared
