The corona treatment improves the adhesion of polyurethane on the lower metal
sheet.

Note: the ducting form the fan to outside the building shall be arranged by
Customer.

3. GENERAL TERMS

Supplier: General Fluidi S.r.l.

Customer: Maghreb Steel

3.1. TRANSPORT
All transportation and insurance expenses are not included.
Delivery term of the supply is EX-WORKS PADOVA (Incoterms 2010), packaging and loading into container
included

3.2. INSTALLATION
Site destination: Casablanca, Maroc
Installation is not included.

3.3. ESCLUSIONS:
- installation, travel costs, board and lodging expenses of the technicians sent by the Supplier;

- means and manpower to unload machines and equipment (fork lift, crane);
- screw anchors to fix the equipment to the floor;
- civil constructions, foundations and any other work that will be indicated by the technical documentation;
- connections to the electrical boards, sockets for electricity, air, water, etc, in the points indicated the
technical documentation;
- lubricants, fulfilling fluids and any other consumption material;
- manpower from Customer side for helping Supplier’s technical staff during installation;
- all the tools for drilling, cutting, welding on site, all the special tooling required for the machines alignment
(laser), tools necessary for the equipment maintenance and service, a list will be provided by the Supplier 1
month before the assembling beginning
- products for tests and commissioning;

3.4. PAYMENT TERMS

- 30% of the contract value as down payment with order signature;
- 60% at notice of material ready for shipment
- 10% after positive testing on site, but not later than 60 days from the shipping date if the
installation cannot be carried out for reasons of the Customer

3.5. DELIVERY
3 months form the order confirmation
Delivery time means the time which passes from the moment in which the order becomes executive with the
receipt of down payment up to the notice of goods ready for shipment at the factory of the Supplier.

3.6. DOCUMENTATION
For all the equipment being supplied by Supplier the following documents will be delivered together with the
machines, in English language:
- general drawings (assembly drawings of the main groups);
- spare part list;

3.7. GUARANTEE
The Supplier guarantees good running of goods and equipment sold up to 12 months from delivery date (date
of the shipment documents). In case of malfunctioning the customer will have to send written notice to the
vendor of the malfunctioning within 8 (eight) days from its discovery, by specifying it clearly, otherwise the
notice will not be considered valid. The Supplier’s guarantee is limited to the replacement of parts recognized
as imperfect of goods and machines, except any right to the rescission of contract or price reduction or any
other compensation for direct, indirect damages or following the lack of functioning. The damaged parts
must be turned back if required. The replacement obligation by the supplier ceases to be enforced when the
defect depended on carelessness, unskillful less or tampering by the Customer. Transport costs, custom for
materials, travel expenses, assemblers’ and workers’ daily allowance to carry out replacement of parts of the
devices are to be covered by the Customer. The customer has to supply a regular electrical, pneumatic,
hydraulic supply to devices included in this contract in the specified quantities and types.

3.8. OFFER VALIDITY: 30 DAYS
