Scope of Work

 Recording (Bookkeeping) of Financial Transactions, including the


setting up of Internal controls and necessary recording systems
(Vouchering and Imprest Systems).
 Prepare Internal and External Financial Statements such Financial
Position, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flows.
 Preparation of Bank Reconciliation report.
 File and remit tax obligations (2551Q, 1701, 1601C, 1601E, 2316,
2307).
 File and remit mandatory obligations to PHIC, SSS, and HDMF.
 Renewal of Permits to operate (Mayor’s Permit, Fire, CENRO, DTI,
Stamping of Books)
 Financial Consultancy and Tax representations.
