I would like to apologize and inform you that my team was not able to
commence the hauling service that we have yet to render to your company
due to a needed maintenance and safety procedure that has to be installed
in our truck to start the hauling process, particularly the installation of
electrical wirings.
We value you so much, and we have taken the necessary precaution. The
maintenance procedure had caused delay to the period of the hauling
service that we have initially agreed. The delay had moved the
commencement of hauling next week.
I am asking for your understanding of this matter that we deemed to be
necessary.
