GRAPHENE OXIDE AND THE CONTENT OF COVID-19 VACCINES
Graphene oxide is being introduced into people’s bodies through various routes: masks, the air
that we breathe by polluting the environment with it (chemtrails), PCR tests and even in the
sanitary towels used by women. In deed it also enters the body through flu and Covid-19
vaccines, causing in these cases serious damage to health and even death.

SUPPLEMENT GUIDE
This guide presents a series of nutritional supplements that have been shown to be effective in
alleviating the syndrome and symptoms of the disease called Covid-19:
• They present no medical contraindication, as long as the correct doses are taken.
• They do not require a medical prescription.
• They can be purchased at herbalists, pharmacies, etc.
• Howewer, when in doubt, we recommend that you consult your doctor or pharmacist
(read the legal notice-page 1).
As a basic principle when taking supplements, it is always recommended to take them in the
morning on an empty stomach, or with breakfast, since the supplement’s properties are absorbed
much better by the body.
N-ACETYL CYSTEINE (NAC)
N-acetyl cysteine or NAC is a potent antioxidant. It contributes to the elevation of
glutathione levels thus delaying and repairing cellular damage and slowing down
the progression of serious diseases.
People with more severe symptoms, can take up to three a day, not exceeding the
dose indicated for each person.
ZINC
This great antioxidant also helps to strengthen the immune system. Zinc is part of
the enzyme superoxide dismutase, which is responsible for eliminating the radicals
that accelerate the aging process. It protects DNA and the cell nucleus.
Take 1 capsule per day, from 15mg to 25mg. For more serious conditions, 1
capsule of 25 mg or 50 mg.
GLUTATHIONE
Serves as an alternative to NAC, although N-acetylcysteine is assimilated much
better by the body.
The normal selling dose sold is 5 mg. People who take it notice a great
improvement in their eyesight.
QUERCETIN
It is a good antioxidant that will also help us to confront the oxidative
stress produced by the graphene oxide.
VITAMIN D
For people who don’t subathe and are deficient in this vitamin
The D3 format is preferable.
In Nordic countries where there is not much sun, the majority of the popu-
lation use vitamin D3 supplements
For adults, one 300 mg capsule is the normal daily intake otherwise
please consult the recommended dosages.
MELATONIN
Helps to regulate sleep cycles, it is precisely the electromagnetic fields that inhibit
melatonin, causing alterations in sleep cycles.
