S.O. 2646{Ej.-Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Detennination of Rates and
Collection) Rules, 2008 published vide G.S.R. 838(E) dated S'h December, 2008 and amended vide
G.S.R. 950(E) dated 3n1 December, 2010, G.S.R. JS(E) dated 12'h January, 2011, G.S.R. 756(E) dated

16• January, 2014, the Central Government, vide notification S.O. 2808{E) dated 03.11.2014 authorized
National Highways Authority of India to collect, either through its officials or through a ~ntractor, fee for
use of the four and more lane section from kilometer 29.300 to kilometer 86.000 [Delhi/Haryana (Kundli)
Border to Panipat section] on the National Highway No. I in the State of Haryana. ·,
Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 ( 48 of
1956), read with the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules 2008 and its
.amendment thereof, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification
published vide S.O. 2808(E) dated 03.1 J.2014.
