Order Below Application.
Read application. Perused the say. It appears that both
the applicants have obstructed informant in discharging
his   duties.   They   also   gave   abuses   to   the   informant.
Therefore,   the   complaint   was   lodged     by   Sunil   Mane
PN­31852.   On   the   basis   of   complaint   offence   bearing
number 58/20 u/sec. 353, 332, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the
IPC     against   the   applicants   in   Wadala   police   station.
Both   the   applicants   arrested   now   they   are   in   JC.
Applicants approached this Court for bail on the ground
of   completion   of   investigation   and   submission   of   the
charge­sheet.   Prosecution objected the application on
the ground that if applicants released on bail. They will
gave threat to the witnesses and commit same type of
offence.   It   is   further   contended   that   if   the   applicant
released on bail, they remain absent for trial.  
                       It appears that investigation officer has filed
charge­sheet   against   the   applicants.   It   means   that
investigation is completed. Case is for committal. Since,
08/03/2020 applicants are in custody. Chargesheet has
been filed. In my view further detention of applicants in
jail   not   warranted.     With   this   I   proceed   to   pass
following order. 
ORDER
1. Bail Application No.1458/2020 is allowed.
2.the applicant Pravin Mahesh Thakur shall be released on 
bail in connection with crime No.58/2020 registered in 
Wadala Police Station under sections 353, 332 r/w. 34 of the
IPC on his executing personal bond of Rs.25,000/­ (Rs. 
Twenty Five Thousand ) with one or two sureties of the like 
amount on following conditions:
(i) He shall not, directly or indirectly make any 
inducement, threat or  promise to any person acquainted 
with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from 
disclosing such facts to the Court.

continue CR B.A.  (ii) that applicant shall make himself available for

interrogation by a police officer as and when required under 
written intimation until further orders;
(iii) He  shall cooperate the investigating agency and shall 
attend Wadala Police Station on every Monday in between 
11.00 am to 02.00 pm till conclusion of trial after 
completion of lock­down period. 
(iv) He shall not indulge in any criminal activity or 
commission of any crime after being released on bail.
(v) They shall give their address proof to the 
Investigating Officer.
vi) Provisional cash bail of Rs.25,000/­ each (Rs. Twenty 
Five Thousand each) is granted for the period of one month 
from today.  The Cash bail amount of Rs.25,000/­ be 
deposited in Wadala police station. Investigating Officer is 
directed to deposit the Rs.25,000/­ in this Court after 
completion of lock­down period.
vii)    On violation of any of the aforesaid  conditions, 
prosecution would be at liberty to move for cancellation of 
bail.
Viii) Authenticated copy be given to the both parties.
Hence, B.A. 1458/2020 is dispossed off accordingly.
