1. SREE RAYALASEEMA ALKALIES & ALLIED CHEMICALS LTD (SRAACL)

SRAACL was incorporated on 24 th Jan 1981 in the state of Andhra Pradesh

and Certificate of Commencement of business was obtained on 8th July 1981.
SRAACL was pioneering venture with bipolar membranes cell technology in Indian
Alkali Industry. SRAACL, which is engaged in manufacture of caustic Soda, Chlorine
and Hydrochloric Acid, is an existing profit making and dividend paying company.
SRAAC is most strategically located and there is no Caustic soda unit within a radius
of 500 Kms.

This gives SRAACL a competitive edge over it competitors.

2. SREE RAYALASEEMA HI – STRENGTH HYPO LTD.,(SRHHL)

SRHHL formerly know as Itachi Hi – strength Hypo Ltd., was incorporated

on 24 Oct – 1993 in the state of Andhra Pradesh and Certificate of comment of
Business was obtained on the 30th Oct 1986. The name change has taken place in the
year 1993 and the same has been approved by its members at their Annual General

Meeting held on 30th Dec – 1993 . SRHHL is engaged in the manufacture of stable

bleaching powder, Sulphuric Acid, Chloro Sulphuric Acid, Mono Chloro Acetic Acid
and High Strength Hypo Chlorite plant of SRHHL is first of its in INDIA.
3. SREE MARUTHI INDUSTRIES LTD (SMMIL)

SMMIL formerly as Maruthi Crystal Salt Company Ltd., was

incorporated in 1973 in the state of Tamilnadu. SMMIL is a joint venture project with
TIDCO, Madras and its shares are listed on Madras Stock Exchange. It was a loss
making company, which was taken over by Sri. T.G. Venkatesh in May 1990. The
company was turned around successfully and making profits. SMMIL is engaged in the
manufacture of Industrial Salt.

4. T.G.V PROJECTS AND INVESTMENTS (P) LTD (VVPIL)

VVPIL formerly had known as vv Trans Investment (P) Ltd., was

incorporated on May 12th 1986 in the state of Andhra Pradesh. VVPIL is engaged in the

Manufacture of Chlorinated paraffin and Hydrochloric Acid. VVPIL is also engaged in the

Hire purchase and Investments. A 3 – Stare Hotel with a commercial complex of 200 shop
located in the heart of the Kurnool Town is a unit of the company. VVPIL is an existing
profit making and dividend paying company.

5. BRILLIANT INDUSTRIES LTD (BIL)

BIL, formerly known as Brilliant Investments (P) Ltd., was

incorporated on 1 Feb 1988, in the state of Andhra Pradesh. BILL is also engaged in
investment in bottling and sale of Hydrogen gas. BILL is also engaged in investments, hire
purchase, leasing and Bill Discounting. BILL is a category 1 Merchant Banker with branch
offices located at Bangalore, Bombay, Madras and Delhi. The bulk drug project of the
company is under implementation. BILL is an existing profit making and dividend paying
company.
 6. SREE RAYALASEEMA DUTCH KASENBOUW LTD (SRDKL)

SRDKL formerly known as Sree Bleaching Chemicals (P) Ltd., was

incorporated on Sep 3 1990, in the State of Andhra Pradesh. SRDKL is engaged in the
manufacture of Stable Bleaching Powder at its plant located at Gondiparla, Kurnool. The
Floriculture project of the company is under implementation. The company has been making
Profits since its first year of operations.

7. SREE JANAPRIYA HOSPITALS (P) LTD (SJHPL)

SJHPL is engaged in Health care and diagnostic services. SJHPL is operating

and 100 – bed corporate hospital at Kurnool with the financial assistance of Andhra
Pradesh State Financial Corporation. SJHPL, a multi – specialty Hospital is under
implementation.

8. BRILLIANT SECURITES LTD (BSL)

BSL is a member of National Stock Exchange, OCT and Bangalore Stock

Exchange: BSL has made a public issue of Rs. 250 Lakhs in March 1996.

9. BRILLIANT FINANCE LTD (BFL)

BFL is engaged in corporate investments and other financial services.
