SERVICE BOND

[On a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/-, duly notarized, to be issued from

Delhi only on the date of joining]

This bond is made with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (hereinafter

referred to as the “Authority”) by Mr./Ms._______________________ .
Effective Date:
This agreement shall be effective from ______day of __________2022.
Declaration:

I, ___________________________ hereby acknowledge and bind myself to the

extent that I would serve the Authority for a period of two years (extendable
by one year, if required at the discretion of Authority and with my consent)
and in any case not less than six months from the date of joining. I also
agree that in case I terminate the engagement within a period of six months
of my joining, I shall pay Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) to TRAI.
In case I decide to terminate the engagement after a period of six months
from the date of joining. I agree to serve a notice of minimum of two months
or forfeit pay, calculated in pro rata basis, in lieu of notice period of less
than two months. Further, the contractual engagement can be terminated
by the Authority, at any point of time, by giving a notice of two months or
disbursal of pay, calculated on pro rata basis, in lieu of notice period of less
than two months.
