Re: Saad Noah born on December 2, 1957, a former US citizen with last US
passport # 458233422 issued by the Secretary of State on 05/18/2009, but was REVOKED on
November 1, 2010.

Dear Chief Mr. Remer,
Pursuant to our phone conversation today and to my phone conversation with Chief Halley, please
find attached your email of September 12, 2018, to the Superintendent Kieran Ebanks - Southern
Manitoba District, Prairie Region Canada Border Service Agency / Government of Canada from
Chief Todd Engelstad, which consists of wrong information for not indicating my true status in the
USA as a Deportable/Inadmissible Alien and illegal in the US since November 3, 2010, pursuant to
the attached herein form I-213 of your Department of Homeland Security.
US Department of Homeland Security confiscated and handed Noah's US
passport # 458233422 to the New York and New Jersy Port Police Authority on November 1, 2010,
and detained Noah. Noah's US passport is with NYC, NY Police property Department.
Noah's passport # 458233422 is revoked in 2010 because Noah renounced his US citizenship on
March 22, 2010, in Finland.
Furthermore, you find attached the Court's order of Judge Pallmayer declaring Noah a native/citizen of Finland.
Therefore, you need to correct the information of September 12, 2018, , which Todd Engelstad
sent to Southern Manitoba, Region des Prairies to the Canadian Authorities, Agence des Service
frontallers du Canada.
Furthermore, you find attached the receipt of the registered mail to the US Embassy in Helsinki Finland of the required
documents in my application for the CLN. However, the Secretary of State, then Hillary Clinton did not issue the CLN but
the US Homeland security detained me at JFK airport upon refoulement and issued the attached I-213.
Moreover, you find attached the application for requisition of the Will County, Illinois USA delusional James Glasgow's
perjuriously states that on January 13, 2010, at and within Will County Noah had a personal meeting with Will County
Sheriff Kaupas, and committed the crime of eavesdropping. How can I, Saad Noah have an in-person meeting with Sheriff
Kaupas on January 13, 2010, while I was across the Atlantic, in the European Union, a refugee living in the City of Kemi,
Lappi, Finland, where I had my attached notarized Declaration of the renunciation of the US citizenship.
In addition, you find attached the Court's order of the Honorable Judge Pallmayer granting my application and declaring
me, Noah a native/citizen of Finland because I renounced my US citizenship on March 22, 2010, while I was a refugee
in Finland.
You also find attached the receipt of the 7th failed fax to Pembina Port of Entry due to a poor phone line quilty of the fax
machine.
