Subject: URGENTLY Correcting the Status Query of the Stateless Refugee/the former citizen of the US.
Regard: The Status Query of the Stateless Refugee of the former US citizen Saad Noah who WAS a Naturalized US
citizen but now and since at least November 3, 2010, Noah IS a former Naturalized US Citizen, should be a Stateless
Refugee.

Hello

Dear Madam/Sir,
Please find forwarded the original email I, Noah have received from the US Department of Homeland Security in April
2017, concerning the FINAL DISPOSITION of the US Homeland Security of my IMMIGRATION status in the US on
November 3, 2010, as Deportable/Inadmissible Alien, Present Without Admission (PWA), and illegal in the US since
entry upon refoulement from Helsinki, Finland to the NYC, NY JFK airport on November 1, 2010. The US Department of
Homeland Security made its FINAL DISPOSITION , while I was detained in New York City Riker Island prison, and my
status on January 12, 2011, upon extradition from NYC to Chicago and delivered to the Will County Jail based on the
fraudulent and perjuries of Will County state attorney James Glasgow's application for requisition, which I have attached,
among other documents, in my previous email.

Furthermore, please use the 1 2 3 4 code to open the attached protected document, CBP-2017-039928 from the US DHS
of the FINAL DISPOSITION .

Moreover, please find the link below from Google drive of the video to see my explanation of the content of the email and
how to open the protected documents FINAL DISPOSITION of the email of the US Department of Homeland Security of
April 18, 2017, which I am forwarding here:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1pbWy3Ft0aZdZEyWWwO5iGQT_yGtjN9h9

Therefore, the email, which Superintendent Kieran Ebanks received from Todd A Engelstad is wrong and does not show
the facts and/or the truth of Saad Noah's status in the US or the FINAL DISPOSITION of the US DHS. That the Stateless
Refugee/the FORMER US citizen Saad Noah WAS a Naturalized US Citizen but RENOUNCED his US Citizenship and
he is NOT a US Citizen anymore, therefore, the US Department of Homeland Security made its FINAL DISPOSITION.

1/9/2020 Gmail - Final Disposition, Request CBP-2017-039928
In addition, Noah respectfully includes his previous email of January 7, 2020, at 9:52 AM from his other email address
THESHINYBRIGHTTRUTH@gmail.com and its attachments as if they are stated herein and its documents attached too.

WHEREFORE, I the stateless refugee Saad Noah respectfully requesting the Canada Border Service Agency,
Government of Canada to:
A. Expunge the wrong information in the subject of Status Query in the email of September 12, 2018, at 7:51, in the
attached photo of the email from Chief Todd A Engelstad because it should be dismissed/stricken, disregarded as fraud,
false or incorrect. and
B. Noah's Status Query at his entry of September 12, 2018, should be updated that Noah is as a true and actual
stateless refugee and was not legal in the US since November 3, 2010, pursuant to the FINAL DISPOSITION of the US
Department Homeland Security in the attached I-213 forms of the original email on April 18, 2017, which I Noah received
from the US Department of Homeland Security. The FINAL DISPOSITION of the US Department of Homeland Security is
FINAL, relevant, and controlling in Noah's September 12, 2018, claim for refugee protection.
Note: If in 2010 the US Embassy in Helsinki Finland did not transmit WRONG information to the Finnish Government but
stated the truth about NOAH's renunciation of his US Citizenship, I Noah would not have been in Blessed Canada asking
for asylum but Noah would have stayed in Finland and traveled to visit Blessed Canada by a Finnish passport as a tourist
or a businessman.

Your prompt response will be highly appreciated and recommended.

Should you have any questions please feel free to contact me at 204.955.9484.
Thanking you in anticipation.
Cordially yours,

Saad Noah
A Stateless Refugee.
CC: Honorable Deputy Judge Noah's attorney in Helsinki Finland.
